My Gourmet Chef

I have a chef that I have known my whole live. In fact she is cooking now.

Who is it you ask, well here is the person who would win Master Chef by a land slide:

MY MOMMY

She is the most awesome cook in the world. I love her homemade mashed potatoes the most. As I am typing this my mouth is totally flooding with water. She makes good homemade garlic bread to.

She made her own sauce and lets just say she overreacted a bit.

My mommy is the best mom and cook in the world!

Mommy and Cow Appreciation Day

My Mommy works at Chick-fil-a and the day I'm gonna talk about is the day were people around the town go to the one Chick-fil-a to dress up as a cow and get free stuff.

They had one yesterday and its one of the few that we have actually bothered going to. We barely walk in and right in front of my face I see one thing...........COWS. A mix of a ton of cows lining up to get an opportunity for free stuff.

Long story short, when I grow up Ill go early in the day so the line is not long.

Mommy was closing so when we went inside to get her home, we found out that the line was all the way to the bathrooms then it looped back and towards the playground.

So that is one thing my kids wont go to.

Lesson learned

Cat Vs Christmas

Christmas last year we were told almost all year that we would get a laptop for Christmas and we were so excited! So the day before Christmas we made cookies for Santa and all that so we were ready. The next day we got so much cool stuff it was one of the best Christmas Days ever (well tied to all the other ones) we did not notice this until Daddy told us but No Laptop Was There. Were does the cat come in you ask? Well read on and you will get it.

So this part is the answer. That last night there were two laptops sitting there waiting to be wrapped, one was the one we were going to get and Daddy had a backup. So Simon walks in the room and plops down on the first laptop then when he gets up he gets all skidish and trips the wire. So at the beginning we had 2 laptops and now we have 0. So then everything happens and I now have a laptop and a blog so score for me!

Well Christmas is always awesome an this one was to!

The Biggest Surprise Of My Life

One day we were having Arby's for dinner and we knew we would have a party on our birthday. During the meal we were in this conversation:

"Girls"

"Yes Daddy?"

"Well we checked with everybody about the party and they said that they could not make it"

"Aw Man!!"

"Sorry but you can go to the playground"

"YAY!!"

The next day we got up and did the usual schedule and got ready to go to the playground and we played with our toys until Mommy told us we were going in a few minutes.

Daddy conveniently needed to work. So we got in the car and when to the playground not far from the house and played for about 10-15 minutes. Mommy said that we will stop swinging our legs and see who stops swinging as a little competition for us on our birthday. I won in the end and we got back in the car and drove back to the house.

When we drove around the bend it was amazing! You could see everyone there and there was a banner that said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on it and basically they made a big party to make us squeal as loud as I did. Also we got separate cakes so BONUS!

My Choice

One day I was going to see my first ever full basketball game! It was the game were if you listen at some points you hear one shouting "YES!!!!!" while the other is going "Oh Come On!"

The particular game I am talking about is;

DUKE vs. TAR HEELS

Yep the game my family now waits for! But this game was the one were we chose sides to see if one team dominated or if we were a house divided.

Brooke went with the home team so it was my choice (the title) to see. What was running through my mind was the following things:

• My home team or DUKE?
• I already have made Panthers dominate Rams so should I repeat that or not?
• I don't want to be copying my sister because that might make me do it more often.
• I want me and mommy to have something involving sports that is in common

So I reviewed these things in my mind and not copying Brooke stuck out so I said the following word:       

"Duke"

So we won and I had a duke hat on Brooke the next day. Daddy took his off (because he is a sore loser)and said that he was hot (or some other excuse) and then next year I wore her Tar Heel shirt to bed.

So this year (as of 2015) DUKE WON!!!! Not just a little win but National Champions! I have a shirt to prove it.
